Grilled Corn and Zucchini

Description
This is an easy and delicious side that goes great with steak or chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 ears Corn
- 1 whole Zucchini
- ¼ whole Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Preparation
Get your grill heated up to about 400 F.
Remove the corn husks. Wash the ears and cut corn of the cob. Then wash and chop zucchini into small pieces. Next chop your onion. Put all of the vegetables in a bowl and drzzle on the olive oil. Add in the garlic salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Once that is done pour mixture into a heavy duty foil pouch and close it up. Set on your grill for about 30 minutes or until corn and zucchini are tender.
