Description

Baby red potatoes, roasted to perfection with garlic and parmesan cheese….so simple yet comforting! Check out related link for original blog post.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Baby Red Potatoes, Quartered
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 5 whole Garlic Cloves, Smashed
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 35 minutes. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes and bake for 5 more minutes so cheese can melt and potatoes can get golden brown.
