Description

Easy home fries with a cilantro twist. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 8 whole Golden Potatoes
  • 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
  • ½ Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 1 dash Paprika (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt, And More To Taste
  • ¼ cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped Small

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes in small cubes. Place a piece of foil on a flat oven tray and add olive oil. Place diced potatoes on the foiled tray and add the seasonings. Begin folding the potatoes into the seasonings until the seasonings are well distributed. Add the cilantro on top and gently fold in as well.

Place the potatoes in the oven and bake them for about 30 minutes (more or less) or until golden brown and soft.

Fantastic recipe! My family LOVES cilantro and I am always looking for ways to use it. We had friends over for a BBQ and their little girl claimed these were the best potatoes she has ever had! hahaha Yummy recipe with great flavors. Thanks Bella for sharing! :)
