In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms in the butter until brown. Sprinkle liberally with seasoned salt. Add the Worcestershire sauce and simmer until absorbed by the mushrooms. Add brandy and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender and most of the brandy is absorbed. Provides 4 – 6 servings as a side.
These can be made ahead of time and then warmed when needed.
These are wonderful with a beef steak of your choice.
