Description

This is a delicious side dish!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa, You Decide The Heat
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Onion
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 24 ounces, weight Package Of Mr. Dell's Hashbrown Shreds, Thawed
  • ½ cups Corn Flakes
  • ¼ cups Butter

Preparation

Heat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13 pan. In a large bowl, combine cheese, salsa, onion, sour cream, soup and seasoning. Mix well. Stir in potatoes, mix again. Spread into the greased pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Melt butter and drizzle over the top.

Bake 350F for 45-60 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
