It was a hit with the whole family! I think next time maybe I will add a little something crunchy on the top and a few seasonings but it was great nonetheless!
Easy Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Description
This couldn’t be any easier. Only 3 ingredients. One medium casserole dish. 15 minutes total time in the microwave. So yummy, though, you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (14-16 Oz. Bag) Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 8 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese, Diced
Preparation
In a medium casserole dish, mix broccoli, soup and diced cheese until soup somewhat covers most of the broccoli. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes on high.
Stir, then cover and microwave for 5 more minutes on high.
Stir, then recover and microwave for 5 more minutes on high.
That’s it. Enjoy!
