Description

Great swap for the usually greasy French fries! Also a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Zucchinis
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

1. Wash and peel the skin off of the zucchinis. Then cut them down the middle vertically and then slice them in half horizontally. After that is done grab each piece of zucchini and slice each piece into fours vertically to create French fry sized pieces.
2. Place the pieces into a plastic bag and add the melted butter and curry. Close the bag and shake it very well until all of the zucchini fries are coated with the curry butter mixture.
3. Grab a baking sheet pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Place the zucchini fries onto the pan. Make sure they are spread out evenly. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of them.
4. Place the fries in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 40 minutes.
5. Once they are done take them out and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
6. Then enjoy!
