Description

These potato wedges are the perfect side!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Medium Red Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1-½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons Marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoons Cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Add potatoes to a gallon-sized storage bag (see note below). Add oil and remaining ingredients to the bag. Shake potatoes until they are completely coated. Remove potatoes from bag and place onto a greased baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning once during baking.

Note: I was out of storage bags, so I just mixed everything together in a large bowl and it worked just fine.
