Description

This tasty coleslaw goes well with pork or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (about 12 Oz. Size) Broccoli Slaw Mix
  • 1 bag (about 14 Oz. Size) Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Creole Seasonings
  • 1 cup Vinegar

Preparation

Combine the bags of coleslaw in a large serving bowl.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and toss well. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
