Description
It don’t get much simpler or tastier than this. This can also be cooked on the grill wrapped in foil. Delicious.
Ingredients
- 11 whole Small, Unpeeled Potatoes
- 2 whole Medium Sweet Onions
- 9 strips Bacon
Preparation
Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spray with cooking spray.
Layer 3 slices of bacon on the bottom. Thinly slice unpeeled potatoes and lay 1/3 over the bacon. Slice onions and layer 1/3 on the potatoes. Salt and pepper as desired. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
