Description

This fresh, uncooked relish is very refreshing and bright.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cranberries
  • 2 whole Tangerines
  • ½ cups Fresh Mint
  • 1 cup Sugar

Preparation

Wash and pick over cranberries. Cut the tangerines into eighths and remove all seeds. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and grind to a fine puree. Pour into a medium bowl. Cover and chill. Let stand at room temperture for 1 hour before serving.
