Corn & Green Bean Casserole

Description
My friend Ann gave me this recipe. She said it works great for those “bring a dish” affairs—you’ll always be invited back and asked to bring this.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Green Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Corn
- ½ cups Chopped Onion
- ½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
- ½ cups Sour Cream
- ½ cups Melted Butter Or Margarine
- 1 package Ritz Crackers (1 Sleeve) Crushed
Preparation
Make the topping first. Crush 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers and mix with the melted margarine. Set aside.
Mix all other ingredients together in a casserole dish. Top with the cracker mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!

I make this with water chestnuts in the casserole and sliced almonds added to the top. It wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without it!
