Chili Cheese Corn Salad

Description
I adapted this salad from my Aunt Betty’s recipe. I suggest making a double batch…it never lasts long!
Ingredients
- 3 cans Sweet Corn (10 Ounce Cans)
- 1 cup Green Onion
- 8 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
- 1-½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 package Chili Cheese Fritos (small Bag)
Preparation
1) Drain corn and add it to a mixing bowl.
2) Chop the green onion.
3) Combine corn, mayo, onion, shredded cheese, and season with pepper.
4) Just before serving, add the Fritos.
