Bringing this dish will bring smiles.
Stir together the potatoes, bacon, most of the cheese and enough salad dressing to moisten the mixture.
Spread into a large, greased baking pan and top with the remaining cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour until bubbly.

I made these over Memorial Day Weekend for a large get-together we attended and they were PERFECT! In fact, the host called me the next day to ask how I made them because she’d had a few calls from people asking how I’d made them! Thanks heathermm – this recipe will be a staple in my recipe box for potlucks for sure!
