Cabbage Casserole

Description
Trying to get your kids to eat cabbage? This is the perfect side to do that!
Ingredients
- ½ heads Cabbage Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 2 teaspoons Mustard Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Cream
- 7 whole Bacon Strips, Cooked
Preparation
1. Fill a 2-quart casserole dish with cabbage. Sprinkle flour, mustard powder and salt over the cabbage. Pour the cream over the mixture. Lay bacon strips over the top.
2. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Cut strips of bacon with scissors before serving.
