Description

Tired of the same old boring boiled cabbage? Try this quick and easy way to braise it in butter! You can have it on the table in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Drizzle Of Olive Oil
  • 2 pounds Thinly Sliced Green Cabbage
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

In large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper; stir well. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes, remove cover and stir well. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until cabbage wilts down and begins to caramelize.
