Broccoli Salad

Description
A great summer salad. No cooking required!
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Sugar
- 1 bunch Broccoli Broken In Florets
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ pounds Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 whole Small Red Oninon (optional)
Preparation
Combine vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar to make dressing.
Mix all ingredients except onion and coat with dressing. Let marinate several hours.
Add onion just before serving.

We make this with sunflower seeds and no cheese, great salad!
