Description

A chopped broccoli, bacon, and cheddar salad. No mayo required.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Crumbled Bacon
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cups Shredded Carrots
  • ¼ cups Chopped Scallions
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Apple
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Add broccoli, bacon, cheddar, carrots, scallions, jalapeno, and apple to a large mixing bowl and toss. Add honey, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Stir well until combined and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
