Description

Simple and fragrant balsamic-roasted cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Toss together the tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil on a large rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender and just begin to burst.
