Description

A simple recipe that packs explosive flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Carrots
  • ¾ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ⅓ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Parsley And Sea Salt, For Garnish

Preparation

Wash and pat dry carrots, then transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add balsamic vinegar to a small bowl, and slowly whisk in olive oil and garlic powder until all of the ingredients are combined. Pour mixture over carrots and let them marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and lay down the carrots in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your desired doneness. Garnish with sea salt and parsley and enjoy!
