Description

Baked Sweet Potato Fries with spicy ketchup. These are fries you can feel good about eating!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SWEET POTATO FRIES:
  • 1-½ whole Large Sweet Potatoes, Cut Into 1/4 Inch Sticks
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Paprika
  • Parmesan Cheese, To Serve (optional)
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped, To Serve (optional)
  • FOR THE SPICY KETCHUP:
  • ¼ cups Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Sriracha
  • ¼ teaspoons Worcestershire
  • ¼ teaspoons Paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Chili Powder

Preparation

For the sweet potato fries:
Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Add sweet potatoes to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and paprika.

Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until crispy and tender on the inside. Rotate and flip fries halfway through.

Take out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately with a side of spicy ketchup.

For the spicy ketchup:
Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a light simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Serve alongside sweet potato fries.
