Description

Green bean molestation at its finest.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices Uncooked Bacon, Cut Into 1/2-inch Pieces
  • 3 cups Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed And Cut Into 2-3 Inch Pieces
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Slice bacon into 1/2-inch pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, stirring often. Remove bacon bits with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl. Set aside.

Immediately after removing bacon bits, place green beans into the skillet and toss them around a bit. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until as tender as you like them, stirring often.

Transfer green beans to a serving bowl, top with bacon bits and add salt and pepper to taste.

These were great! But of course they had bacon in them so even before trying them I knew they would be good. I used a pepper bacon. Mmmmm…
