In a saucepan, beat the eggs. Add the juice from the can of pineapple and the orange juice.
Stir the cornstarch into the sugar, and add to the saucepan. Cook until thick.
Cool completely, then stir in the Cool Whip, pineapple tidbits, grapes, and apples. Mix and chill well.
Note: A can of crushed pineapple can be substituted if you don’t like pineapple chunks. Rather than drain the crushed pineapple, just cook it together with the eggs, juice and all.
