This is such a delicious recipe! My father’s wife makes this and it’s a hit every time! Now I’m going to have to run out and get pistachio pudding!!

Description
This is a good dessert salad for dinners and potlucks.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
- 1 box (4-serving Box) Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 15 ounces, weight Crushed Pineapple
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans (optional)
Preparation
Mix all together in a bowl and let sit for 45 minutes.
