Description

You can add whatever additional items that you see fit to this salad. The more the better!

You can pre-dress any salad, and I often recommend that to clients. You will find that if you place your salad into a plastic bag, add a little bit of dressing and shake it up, that little bit of dressing goes a long way (and will save you calories).

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped Eveny And Finely
  • 1 stalk Celery, Finely Diced
  • ½ cups Pepperoncinis, Finey Diced
  • ½ cups Black Olives, Finey Diced
  • ¾ cups Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • ½ cups Kernel Corn
  • ½ whole Large Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded And Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Finely Minced
  • ½ cups Pomegranate Seeds
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 cup Turkey Breast, Finely Diced

Preparation

Combine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Stir to mix, set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Serve!
