Description

This Tropical Fruit Salad is so refreshing with a little bit of heat. Goes perfectly with a grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Mangos, Peeled And Diced
  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Tidbits
  • 1 cup Diced Red Onion
  • ¼ cups Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and serve. Goes well with grilled chicken.
