Tri Color Pasta Salad

Description
The dressing combination (pesto and creamy Caesar) in this salad is not overpowering, like many pasta salads, and the pine nuts give it a special crunch. The flavors are amazing and this is always my go-to pasta salad recipe.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Package Tri-colored Rotini, Cooked And Drained
- ⅔ cups Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 can Black Olives, Drained And Sliced
- ¼ cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
- ¾ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 6 whole Fresh Basil Leaves, Cut Into Thin Strips
- 4 Tablespoons Basil Pesto
- 2 teaspoons Equal Parts Black Pepper, Salt And Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Pine Nuts, Toasted
Preparation
Cook pasta and coat with Caesar dressing while warm. Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the pine nuts) and toss. Top with toasted pine nuts.
