Description

Easy and delicious summertime salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oil, Safflower Or Canola
  • 6 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 packages (3 Oz. Package) Chicken Ramen Noodle, Noodles And Soup Seasoning Packets Separated
  • 1 package (14 Oz. Package) Cole Slaw
  • 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 cup Sesame Or Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Slivered, Toasted Almonds
  • 2 bunches Green Onions

Preparation

1. Prepare dressing by combining oil, vinegar, and the chicken ramen noodle seasoning packets. Refrigerate overnight (I usually don’t allow myself enough time to do this and it’s still delicious).

2. Break up noodles and mix all remaining slaw ingredients together.

3. Pour dressing over the slaw ingredients and toss. Chill before serving.
