Summer Spinach Salad

Recipe Description
Whether serving guests or family, this is the salad of choice around our home. Refreshing and tasty.
Preparation Instructions
Dressing:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a tightly sealed container and shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. Add poppyseeds and mix together.
Salad:
In a large bowl mix together spinach, green onions, strawberries, bananas and almonds. Toss with dressing and serve.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1-½ teaspoon Ground Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1-½ teaspoon Poppyseeds
- 8 cups Baby Spinach
- 3 pieces Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 pints Strawberries, Sliced
- 3 whole Ripe Bananas, Sliced And Tossed In Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Slivered Almonds

I just wanted to say – YUM! This is one of my favorite salads, although I’ve not tried it with banana. Every time I make it I have trouble sharing!
