Description

The perfect accompaniment for all those summer grilling menus.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • ½ cups Plain Yogurt
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • FOR THE SLAW:
  • 6 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 2 cups Lightly Packed Baby Spinach, Roughly Chopped
  • 6 whole Radishes, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Toasted Sunflower Seeds (salted Or Unsalted), Optional

Preparation

Whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined. Toss everything together and serve.
