For the salad, toss together the romaine and baby spinach. Top with the peaches, strawberries, carrots, almonds, and chopped avocado.
For the dressing, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, mustard and poppyseeds; salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, you can either portion out the salad and have everyone serve the dressing themselves, or if there aren’t any picky salad dressing eaters, just toss the salad and the dressing together!
