Description

Creamy poppyseed dressing on top crispy romaine lettuce with strawberries and red onion.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
  • 1  Bermuda Onion
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • ⅓ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Poppyseeds

Preparation

Chop lettuce, and slice strawberries and onions. Put in a large salad bowl.

For the dressing, place all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until blended.

Pour dressing on top of the salad and serve. (Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.)
