Great main course salad. I made with Udon noodles since I accidentally bought the wrong thing but it was great anyway. Love the dressing. I made it with raw veges and think I would prefer it that way, as long as you take the extra time to slice thin.

This was SO good, I ate it 3 times yesterday (lunch, dinner, dessert)! I made an asian marinade for the chicken, and made a few veggie substitutions to accommodate what was in the fridge, and I did swap some canola oil for sesame oil. Also subbed Sriracha for the Thai chili – I live up in the mountains so we don’t see those at the store! Thanks for my new favorite recipe!

I also sauteed the veggies, and added some celery and other veggies. It was delicious. For the dressing, I actually used a leftover spicy peanut sauce that I had used for another dish and it was perfect! Such a great recipe. Very simple and delicious, definitely a keeper!

Made this mostly as written (using toasted sesame oil, brown rice vinegar, etc) and did serve it cold with raw veggies; it was DELICIOUS! The dressing is what makes it spectacular. I can see that you could change up the protein and use whatever fresh veggies you have on hand, but don’t do a thing to the dressing. I’ll be making this recipe monthly!

This was REALLY delicious. I did listen to the suggestions & sauteed the veggies first b/c I didn’t want them too crunchy. I also seasoned the chicken with asian seasoning first. I didn’t have a Thai chile so omitted that & just added siracha sauce to mine. This is definitely a keeper!

We love this, and have made it several times already in the past few weeks! Probably one of the best recipes I have found so far on this site! I used udon noodles because we like them, and premixed broccoli slaw to save a bit of prep work. It’s been getting really hot here already, so I have been serving this cold, and we really enjoy it that way. This is a fantastic,, unique recipe and I am so glad I stumbled across it. Definitely will be making this many more times. Thanks for sharing your recipe!!

Delicious!
I cooked some chicken on the grill and served it on the side of this salad, and I also gave the veggies a quick saute’ – but the dressing was excellent.

Great recipe! I used rice vinegar instead of regular and instead of thai chili I used siracha hot sauce (it’s what I had), and everything came out great! I also put the hot pasta on top of the veggies for a little while so they could soften. Thanks for sharing!

Looks delicious! Can’t wait to make ahead and try for one of our “still hot” evenings full of soccer and baseball practices. Throw in some edamame, too, maybe….

I would estimate the servings to be 4 rather than 6. Next time I will make a little more, use more pasta.
