Spicy Merlot Vinaigrette

Recipe Description
Homemade merlot vinegar and pepper push your standard red wine vinaigrette over the top.
Preparation Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients (except olive oil) in a small bowl, while slowly streaming in the olive oil. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
Serve over a cold, crispy wedge of iceberg lettuce for the ultimate dinner salad.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Merlot Vinegar (or Other Favorite Red Wine Vinegar)
- ½ teaspoons Honey
- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- ½ teaspoons Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
