Spicy Asian Slaw

Description
This easy slaw is the perfect green to accompany any summer meal!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Rice Vinegar, Unseasoned
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Grated, Peeled Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Seeded And Chopped Finely
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 head Napa Cabbage, Cored And Cut Into 1/2 Inch Slices
- ½ cups Coarsely Chopped Cilantro
- 1 bunch Scallions, Sliced
Preparation
Whisk together the vinegar, sugar, ginger, oil, chili pepper, and salt. In a separate bowl, toss the cabbage, cilantro, and scallions together. Add the dressing and toss well to coat. Let it stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
