Add the cucumber slices, red onion and chopped cilantro into a bowl and toss until evenly distributed.
In a small bowl whisk the sesame oil, vinegar and honey. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper, to taste. Pour dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently. Top salad with toasted sesame seeds. Chill and serve.
