Recipe Description
Light, fresh and easy. A perfect way to use your garden cucumbers!
Preparation Instructions
Add the cucumber slices, red onion and chopped cilantro into a bowl and toss until evenly distributed.
In a small bowl whisk the sesame oil, vinegar and honey. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper, to taste. Pour dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently. Top salad with toasted sesame seeds. Chill and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Seedless Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
- ½ whole Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- ½ cups Tightly Packed Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- ¼ cups Rice Vinegar
- 1-½ teaspoon Honey
- Salt And Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
