For the dressing: In a jar, mix together the sugar, pepper, vinegar, oil and chicken flavor packet from the ramen noodles. Set aside.
For the salad: In a large bowl combine the green onions, coleslaw mix, almonds and sesame seeds. Crumble the dry, uncooked ramen noodles on top of the mixture. Gently mix everything together.
Toss the salad with the dressing and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Don’t assemble it too early or the nuts and noodles will get soggy.
