Description

Light and fresh, can be served as a side dish or a main meal.

Ingredients

  • For Salad
  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • ½ bunches Green Onions
  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Water Chestnuts
  • 2 packages Chicken Top Ramen (3 Ounce Package)
  • 1 package Slivered Toasted Almonds (3 Oz. Package)
  • For Dressing
  • ½ cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 packages Top Ramen Chicken Seasoning (taken From Packages)

Preparation

Prepare ingredients:

1. Cook and dice chicken.
2. Shred lettuce.
3. Chop green onions.
4. Drain and dice water chestnuts.
5. Crush Top Ramen noodles (uncooked) into tiny, bite-sized pieces
6. Combine all these ingredients along with the almonds and mix.

For dressing, combine oil, vinegar, pepper, sugar and ramen chicken seasoning. Mix well to dissolve sugar and toss with the salad.
