Rainbow Pasta Salad

Description
The simplest pasta salad recipe you will ever make. (And, really, who doesn’t want to make a recipe named after rainbows?)
Perfect as a side dish to bring to pot lucks, BBQs, and summer cookouts!
Ingredients
- 1 package Tri-colored Rotini Pasta (16 Oz Package)
- 2 whole Large Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Large Cucumber, Diced
- 6 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 bottle Italian Dressing Of Choice (16 Oz. Bottle)
Preparation
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, making sure that you cook it until al dente. Drain and cool.
2. In a large bowl combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and Italian dressing. Refrigerate overnight or for at least one hour.
Note:
One red onion, finely chopped can be substituted for green onions if a stronger onion flavor is desired.
