Okay, this is one of my favorite salads! This salad is super healthy and combining the strawberries, lemon juice, and goat cheese creates its own dressing. Actually, for most salads I use a fresh squeeze of lemon juice instead of dressing because it really cuts down on the calories. And it didn’t hurt that the strawberries were from the farmers market!

This was absolutely fabulous and delicious! My 15 year old even said I should remember to make this next Fall when it’s my turn to feed her soccer team! I might just add grilled chicken and do that! Thanks for sharing!

A word of caution after making this again tonight… if anyone would think that using plain non-fat yogurt in place of the mayo is a good idea, it’s not.
Definitely not! LOL Stick with the mayo!
