Pomegranate & Feta Salad

Description
This easy salad tastes as beautiful as it looks!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Pomegranate
- 8 ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 pound Fresh Spinach
- 3-½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Pepper To Taste
Preparation
Begin by peeling, then removing the seeds from the pomegranate. Put the seeds into a large bowl. Mix together the seeds, feta, and spinach and set it aside.
Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the salad and serve immediately. Enjoy!!
