Pizza Salad

Description
All the pizza perks sans the post-pizza pudge.
Ingredients
- 1 whole 2 Inch Slice Of French Bread (stale Is Ok)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Mixed Salad Greens
- 8 slices Pepperoni, Cut In Strips
- ¼ whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Salad Dressing
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut French bread into cubes and toss with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Spread on a baking sheet and toast for 5-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, toss salad greens, pepperoni, red pepper, mozzarella and salad dressing together in a mixing bowl.
Add the freshly toasted croutons and mix well. Place in a salad bowl and enjoy!
