Pear, Gouda and Hazelnut Spinach Salad

Description
A delicious spinach salad that combines pear, Gouda, toasted hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds, tossed in a tangy vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Dijon
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 5 ounces, weight Baby Spinach
- 1 whole Pear, Cubed
- ¼ cups Pomegranate Seeds
- ⅓ cups Toasted Hazelnuts, Coarsely Chopped
- ½ cups Gouda Cheese, Cubed
Preparation
Shake together all vinaigrette ingredients.
Combine all salad ingredients and toss in dressing. Serve immediately.

Looks delicious! I’ve bee in a cranberry, walnut salad rut. This salad is a great way to switch things up while keeping a winter flavor profile!
