I liked the vegetables in this pasta salad, and added fresh torn basil rather than parsley. Next time I will add more of the “dressing”.

This is light and delicious! It is my new go-to pasta salad, and is a great thing to take in for lunch @ work! I did use double the lemon juice as I am a lemon-lover.

So easy! I’m not a fan of zucchini, so I used cucumber instead and it tasted delicious. What a super easy recipe- great for lunches!

Great recipe! I took it to a bbq last night and it was hit. So delicious my 2 year old even loved it!

I made this for friends recently and it was so good that my hubby ate the leftovers for days! I just made it again and it’s a regular part of the dinner rotation this summer–especially since so many of these items can be found at our farmer’s market. I also added kalamata olives & green onions….triple yum.
