Description

A good-sized salad that is made sweet with peppers and chopped pickles.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Dry Pasta Of Your Choice (I Use Rotini Or Elbow)
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip Or Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Kraft Coleslaw Dressing
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 whole Red, Yellow, Or Green Peppers, Chopped
  • ½ cups Green Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cups Diced Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Chopped Sweet Pickles

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.

Prepare dressing by stirring together the Miracle Whip, coleslaw dressing, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Put pasta into a bowl and add all of the remaining ingredients including the dressing. Stir together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
