Description
Cool salad that goes with bbq, burgers or a plain ol’ ham sandwich!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cooked Pasta, Any Kind (Rotini, Elbows, Bowtie)
- ¼ whole Onion, Diced Small
- 1 stalk Celery, Diced Small
- ¼ whole Bell Pepper, Any Color, Diced Small
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Deseeded, Diced Fine
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
- 2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip Or Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Celery Seed
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix cool cooked pasta with the other ingredients. Chill for an hour or so.
(I used a mix of pastas in the photo, leftovers from a couple of bags.)
