A sweet and savory entree salad: lightly browned chicken sausage with apple and maple, sweet pears, tangy feta cheese and a simple curry vinaigrette that pairs perfectly with the sweet and savory salad.

Kelsey, how genius to add the broccoli. I’ve made a variation of this for years but your version is WAY better than mine. SESAME OIL, baby! Not an ingredient to leave out. Sesame oil makes everything yummy!

Thank you all so much! It is one of my favorites and I have eaten it for years without the sesame oil then one day I added it in and it changed the whole salad!

I’ve made this twice now and it is really, really good. For years our family has made a simpler version of this salad and I thought it might be time to try something new. Everybody loved it, there were no leftovers. I have never used all of the dressing, its just too much.

What flavor ramen do you use for this recipe? Chicken? Beef?

Wow, this looks so good..i’m disappointed because I had all the ingredients but made stir fry last nite…oh well, next week for sure!!
I want to take this as a brunch item..is it best to make the same day? Or is it good left over?

Stacey-Thank you so much, glad yall liked it!
Shana- It’s chicken flavor because of the chicken in the salad but I’ve never tried the beef. Might be good!
Tennille-It is great leftover but I would wait to add the dressing. It tastes good for about 3 days but it isn’t as crunchy when it marinates.

Made this yesterday, so yummy! Even the hubby liked it and couldn’t believe he was eating broccoli! LOL! Will definitely be making it again!
