Description

My sister doesn’t prepare many things, but when she prepares this salad I always have to have some. It’s absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12 Oz. Can) Chunk Chicken Breast, Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • ¼ whole Onion, Chopped
  • ¾ cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Add all ingredients together to taste. The amount of mayonnaise you use will depend on how creamy you like your chicken salad. Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.

I’ve already left a 5 star review but wanted to add this. I made the chicken salad recipe again this weekend and because I had an avocado I had to get used up, I sliced some and put it on each sandwich. Really, really tasty!

We used beer can chicken cooked in the oven instead of canned and it was delicious.

I love chicken salad and this doesn’t have a million ingredients. Sounds delicious. Definitely going into my recipe box!

Really tasty. This is very similar to how I make my tuna salad, but the little bit of mustard was a nice addition. A keeper, for sure!

I love this chicken salad….it was so easy to make, so light in flavor. I was skeptical of the mustard but I went with it and was just so happy I finally found a chicken salad I didn’t have to buy from the deli! Thank you for sharing!
