Our friend is great cook and decided on having a Greek themed dinner. He asked that I bring a Greek Salad. I found your dressing recipe(and furthermore your salad on your blog). It was wonderful, it had so much flavor, i felt like I was eating a restaurant salad. So many times I find what I think are great recipes and they end up just tasting so-so. This one is WONDERFUL and I plan to use it again and again.

This is wonderful! Must be the fresh ingredients combo. I had some Greek spice mix kicking around and used that instead of oregano, plus I forgot the sugar. Oops, sorry, try better next time! But it’s so good anyway.
